3. Get a $25 Disney gift card to buy souvenirs inside the park! 

To keep the giving spirit going I have decided to partner with Maia Moms, a local faith-based, non-profit organization dedicated to helping single moms and their children. Recently, they opened a transitional house where moms and their kids can stay while they work to get back on their feet again. For ALL new bookings through December 31st, 2014 I will give 10% of my commission to Maia Moms so they can continue to help other mamas in need of their support. This time of year it is easy to get drawn into the hustle and bustle of the big box stores who promise you that you are saving  BIG money as long as you get there at 6am and wait in line with hundreds of new friends, only to find out the big screen TV they promised to sell you for next to nothing is out of stock three minutes after the store opened. Hmm. Doesn't leave you in the most jolly of moods. 

This season I invite you to slow down and support the little guys. Your neighbor who makes T-shirts to pay off medical bills, your kid's teacher who sells makeup in her off time to pay for night school to get her Master's Degree, your local hardware store who's manager is trying to pay for his son's college education. And yes, the small business owner travel agent who can get you the lowest vacation price available, and provide excellent service and expert knowledge with no fees to you, all while helping to support her family.
